Payment Policy

1. Subscription & Billing

UrsMailer operates on a subscription-based billing model. Users may choose between monthly or annual subscription plans. All payments are charged in advance at the start of the billing cycle.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize UrsMailer to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

Usage-based credits (including email sending limits or campaign limits) reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not carry forward unless explicitly stated.

2. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on UrsMailer are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Taxes such as GST, VAT, or other regional levies may be applied based on your billing address and local regulations.

Currency may vary depending on your geographical location. Exchange rates, if applicable, are determined by our payment processor at the time of transaction.

UrsMailer reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance before any pricing changes take effect.

3. Refund Policy

Payments made to UrsMailer are generally non-refundable. Refunds are issued only in cases of duplicate payments, unauthorized transactions, or verified billing errors.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing cycle.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment attempt fails, UrsMailer may retry the charge automatically. Continued failure may result in temporary suspension or downgrade of your account.

Access to paid features may be restricted until payment is successfully processed.

5. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from the account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not affect the current billing cycle.

After cancellation, your account will retain access to paid features until the end of the active subscription period.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting UrsMailer support may result in immediate suspension of the account. We encourage users to contact support to resolve any billing concerns.

Fraudulent disputes or abuse of payment systems may lead to permanent account termination.

7. Payment Security

All payments are securely processed via Stripe or authorized payment providers. UrsMailer does not store complete credit card information on its servers.

Payment information is encrypted and handled in accordance with industry-standard security protocols.
